He carries on these traditions with every item on his menu! Every day the smokers are fired up with a blend of cherry and hickory wood harvested directly from the near by forest and the magic begins!

We offer Three staple meats. Our Award winning pulled pork tossed with our homemade sweet and spicy bbq sauce, delicious pork ribs that we rub with our special blend of herbs and spices and then slow smoke to tender perfection and last but not least our whole or half smoked chicken we take a whole chicken split it spice it and smoke it to culinary bliss! All of our meats are made fresh daily and made with the best quality ingredients available! One more special item that we have to mention is our Smoked Chicken Salad, We take our whole smoked chicken and pull all of the meat off the bones and mix it with, well the rest is our secret but we promise you will love it! You thought we'd stop with the meat! We carry a large selection of homemade sides our staples are our homemade coleslaw, Grandmas potato salad, Baked Mac & Cheese, Baked Beans, Macaroni Salad and Peach Cobbler made with local peaches from the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Our delicious homemade desserts change daily and include items like lemon bars, banana pudding, cookies, brownies, a variety of cakes and assorted fruit turnovers. Something for everyone!
